The Kid’s Trout Fishing Derby takes place on the 3rd Sunday of May at the Bradford Fire Department Pond in Bradford at the junction of Route 03 and Main Street. This tournament is for children up to the age of 15, but we hope the whole family will come out and have some fun.

Registration for this event begins at 7:00 a.m., and the fishing begins at 8:00 a.m. and continues until 11:00 a.m. with the Award Ceremonies to follow immediately after. Prizes and trophies are awarded for the following categories: Youngest Angler to Catch a Trout, 1st Trout Caught, 1st Three Trout Caught and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Largest Trout Caught. There is no registration fee for this event. Pastries, doughnuts and drinks will be supplied by the Bradford Fish and Game Club.
